Baked Zucchini Sticks
Ingredients - 1 whole sliced zucchini  - 1 egg - 1 slice of toasted organic multigrain bread
How - put toast into a food processor ( I used a short cup for the magic bullet) should look like bread crumbs. Put in a separate bowl. - in another bowl whisk 1 egg - dip zucchini slices in to egg then the bread crumbs then onto a baking sheet
Set Oven to 425 degrees and bake for 15-20 mins
Dip in tomato sauce or my favorite, seafood sauce !
